Thanksgiving is coming

And guess who's staying in the spare room!  Some more photo's of this beautiful bird...








I found this guy in a market town down south when I was in the desert last weekend and I thought, why not bring him back up to Fez? 
 
So 150 Dirhams later (about $18) I have a live bird.  How to butcher it?  Luckily my Australian roommate is up to help me, and Wikipedia has some tips, so, we'll see how it goes.
